The quote tool

To send back quotes, the form takes your age, gender, health rating as you describe it, tobacco status, coverage amount, and term. Those answers go to the quoting engine run by the carriers' platform to get rates, but aren't kept by our system. Requesting quotes doesn't need a name, address, email, or phone. If you ask for the same quote twice in a short time, you might get a saved response instead.

Applying

Choosing to apply carries your answers into a carrier's secure application portal under their own privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed agency (License 0B75129), oversees the application.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, a phone number if you give it, how you prefer contact, what you're writing about, and what you say. We send it via email to the office. We don't hold a record of your message, keep a list of submissions, or log the contents. Your email shows as the reply-to address. A quick fraud prevention test runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

A basic, cookieless counter runs on this domain to track visits. No session identifiers or local storage is created; the last two numbers of your IP are removed before saving; search terms from referrers are stripped out; older records are dropped after 90 days. Visitors with DNT enabled or Global Privacy Control active skip counting altogether.

What we do not do

We don't exchange or rent information. No sales trackers run on this site. Third-party scripts are off except on the application form itself, which loads only if you proceed there.
