Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?
No. To get quotes, the tool only needs your gender, birth date, health status, tobacco habits, how much coverage, and what term. That's the extent of it. If you decide to apply, that's when a name, address, and full health details get provided.
Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?
These are the rates each carrier quoted for the class tier you picked. What you ultimately pay gets fixed by the carrier's underwriting, which can accept, upgrade, or downgrade your class. Nothing here functions as a rate guarantee or an offer of insurance.
What happens when I click Apply?
You move into a carrier's protected online application that's already populated with your answers. It's run by the carriers' own system and handled by Susman Insurance Agency, license 0B75129. You're able to walk away and return, and you'll sign electronically.
Will I need a medical exam?
Depends on the firm, the coverage amount, and what you told us. A lot of carriers now offer instant underwriting for applicants in eligible groups; each quote flags whether an exam is mandatory, maybe needed, or not required.
Is a longer term better?
The right term covers the period when losing you would break your family financially: an unpaid mortgage, a child at home, a business debt. Bigger term periods ask for higher payments every month but cost nothing more per dollar of coverage once you've locked in. Try 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30-year terms in the tool to compare.
Does this site sell my information?
No. The quote request doesn't ask for contact info. We're not in the business of selling or sharing what visitors do. Our counter doesn't use cookies. Head to the privacy section to see exactly what's tracked and by whom.
